\"\ud83c\udfe1\"<\/strong> House rules <\/strong>for holiday homes & holiday apartments<\/strong><\/p>

Dear guests,we are delighted to welcome you to our holiday accommodation.The following house rules are part of the rental agreement. By booking, you accept them as binding. <\/p>

Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM. Please check out by 10:00 AM. Other arrangements are possible. <\/p>

<\/p>

\"\ud83d\udead\"<\/strong> 1. Non-smoking policy<\/strong><\/p>

Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas.<\/p>

Smoking is only permitted outdoors.<\/p>

Please use the ashtrays provided.<\/p>

In the event of a violation, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee.<\/p>

<\/p>

\"\ud83d\udc3e\"<\/strong> 2. Pets<\/strong><\/p>

Pets are only permitted with the landlord\u2019s prior written consent. There is no entitlement to approval. <\/p>

Pets must not be left unattended in the accommodation.<\/p>

Any pet waste must be removed completely.<\/p>

The guest is fully liable for any damage caused by pets.<\/p>

<\/p>

\"\ud83d\udd12\"<\/strong> 3. Safety & duty of care<\/strong><\/p>

Always close doors and windows when leaving the accommodation.<\/p>

Open flames (e.g. candles, fire pits) are prohibited indoors.<\/p>

Switch off electrical appliances when not in use.<\/p>

The electrical cabinet for the meter reading is located in the utility room to the right of the main entrance.<\/p>

The guest is liable for any damage caused by improper use.<\/p>

<\/p>

\"\ud83c\udfb5\"<\/strong> 4. Quiet hours & consideration<\/strong><\/p>

The statutory quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM must be observed.<\/p>

Loud music, parties, or events are not permitted.<\/p>

The maximum number of persons stated in the booking confirmation must not be exceeded.<\/p>

In the event of serious violations, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement with immediate effect without refund.<\/p>

<\/p>

\"\ud83d\uddd1\"<\/strong>\ufe0f 5. Waste & recycling <\/strong><\/p>

Waste must be separated according to local regulations (general waste, paper, glass, plastic).<\/p>

Dispose of waste in the designated containers.<\/p>

Failure to comply may result in an additional disposal fee.<\/p>

<\/p>

\"\ud83d\udddd\"<\/strong>\ufe0f 6. Keys & access <\/strong><\/p>

Access is via a key safe.<\/p>

The access code will be sent by email or SMS on the day of arrival.<\/p>

On departure, please return the key properly to the key safe.<\/p>

If a key is lost, a flat fee of \u20ac120.00 will be charged.If, for security reasons, the locking system needs to be replaced, the actual costs must be reimbursed.<\/p>

<\/p>

\"\ud83e\uddf9\"<\/strong> 7. Cleaning & condition on departure<\/strong><\/p>

The accommodation must be left swept clean.<\/p>

Dishes must be washed and put away.<\/p>

Waste must be disposed of.<\/p>

Furniture must be returned to its original place.<\/p>

In the event of excessive soiling or a condition not in accordance with the contract, we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning based on the actual effort.<\/p>

<\/p>

\"\u26a0\ufe0f\"<\/strong> 8. Damage & liability<\/strong><\/p>

The guest is liable for all damage caused by them or their fellow travellers.<\/p>

Damage must be reported immediately.<\/p>

Failure to report may result in claims for damages.<\/p>

<\/p>

\"\ud83d\udc68\u200d\ud83d\udc69\u200d\ud83d\udc67\u200d\ud83d\udc66\" 9. Use of the accommodation \/ occupancy<\/strong>\u2022 Our holiday properties are intended for a single travel group (e.g. family, couple, or people travelling together).\u2022 Bookings by multiple independent households with the aim of sharing costs are only permitted by prior arrangement with the landlord.\u2022 Combining several groups travelling separately on site without consent is not permitted.<\/p>

Thank you for your understanding that this policy helps maintain quality, peace and quiet, and fairness for all guests.<\/p>

<\/p>

\"\ud83d\udc65\"<\/strong> 10. Visitors<\/strong><\/p>

Visitors are only permitted by prior arrangement.<\/p>

Overnight stays by unregistered persons are not permitted.<\/p>

People sleeping in a motorhome are also not permitted.<\/p>

<\/p>

\"\ud83d\udcb6\"<\/strong> 11. Tourist tax<\/strong><\/p>

The local tourist tax must be paid before arrival.<\/p>

The spa cards will be sent by email before arrival.<\/p>

<\/p>

\"\u2757\"<\/strong> General note<\/strong><\/p>

In the event of serious or repeated violations of the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement with immediate effect. In this case, there is no entitlement to a refund. <\/p>
