{"id":4171,"date":"2026-02-11T07:20:16","date_gmt":"2026-02-11T06:20:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/urlaub-holnis.de\/terms-conditions\/"},"modified":"2026-05-27T19:53:43","modified_gmt":"2026-05-27T18:53:43","slug":"terms-conditions","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/urlaub-holnis.de\/en\/terms-conditions\/","title":{"rendered":"Terms  Conditions"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-page\" data-elementor-id=\"4171\" class=\"elementor elementor-4171 elementor-2487\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-b1d0244 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"b1d0244\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-68e0946\" data-id=\"68e0946\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-aa9b00f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"aa9b00f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Terms and Conditions (TCs)<\/strong><br\/>for the rental of vacation homes and apartments<br\/>by Rainer Selck<\/p><ol><li> <strong>Scope of Application<\/strong><br\/>These TCs apply to all bookings of vacation homes and apartments from Rainer Selck, regardless of whether the booking is made via our own website, booking portals, or other channels.<\/li><li> <strong>Booking  Conclusion of Contract<\/strong><br\/>The rental agreement is finalized upon written confirmation from the landlord.<\/li><\/ol><p>By booking, the tenant accepts these T as well as the house rules as binding.<\/p><p>After the contract is concluded, a deposit of 20% of the rental price is due within 7 days.<\/p><p>Subletting or passing the accommodation on to third parties is not permitted.<\/p><ol start=\"3\"><li> <strong>Payment Terms<\/strong><br\/>\u2022 Deposit: 20% within 7 days after conclusion of contract<br\/>\u2022 Final payment: no later than 14 days before arrival plus visitor&#8217;s tax and a \u20ac70.00 security deposit<br\/>\u2022 Short-term bookings (&lt;14 days before arrival): total amount due immediately <\/li><\/ol><p>In the event of late payment, the landlord reserves the right to withdraw from the contract.<\/p><p>The security deposit serves to cover potential damages and to offset electricity consumption.<br\/>Billing is based on actual consumption according to the meter reading.<br\/>Any remaining balance will be refunded after departure.<\/p><ol start=\"4\"><li> <strong>Arrival and Departure<\/strong><br\/>\u2022 Arrival: from 4:00 PM<br\/>\u2022 Departure: by 10:00 AM<\/li><li> <strong>Cancellation and Early Departure<\/strong><br\/>In the event of cancellation without providing a replacement tenant, the following costs apply (excluding final cleaning):<br\/>\u2022 up to 49 days before the start of the rental: 75%<br\/>\u2022 up to 35 days: 85%<br\/>\u2022 up to 21 days: 90%<br\/>\u2022 up to 14 days: 95%<br\/>\u2022 later than 14 days before the start of the rental: 100%<\/li><\/ol><p>The tenant reserves the right to provide evidence of lower damages.<\/p><p>There is no entitlement to a refund in the event of an early termination of the stay.<\/p><p>Cancellations must be made in writing. The date of receipt by the landlord is decisive. <\/p><ol start=\"6\"><li> <strong>Use  Liability<\/strong><br\/>The accommodation may only be used by the number of persons specified in the rental agreement.<\/li><\/ol><p>Use is restricted to a single travel group (e.g., family, couple, or persons traveling together).<\/p><p>Bookings by several independent households as well as use for the purpose of shared cost-splitting are only permitted with the prior express consent of the landlord.<\/p><p>The merging of several groups traveling separately before or during the stay without the landlord&#8217;s consent is not permitted.<\/p><p>Unregistered overnight guests are not allowed.<\/p><p>In the event of violations of these regulations, the landlord is entitled to terminate the rental relationship without notice. In this case, there is no entitlement to a refund. <\/p><p>The tenant agrees to treat the accommodation and inventory with care.<\/p><p>The tenant is liable for all damages culpably caused by themselves, fellow travelers, visitors, or pets brought along. Damages must be reported immediately. <\/p><p>The accommodation must be handed over swept-clean upon departure.<\/p><ol start=\"7\"><li> <strong>Liability of the Landlord<\/strong><br\/>The landlord is only liable for damages based on intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty.<\/li><\/ol><p>This does not affect liability for injury to life, body, or health.<\/p><ol start=\"8\"><li> <strong>Pets<\/strong><br\/>Pets are only permitted with the prior written consent of the landlord.<br\/>There is no entitlement to approval.<\/li><\/ol><p>The type and number of animals must be agreed upon in advance.<br\/>An additional fee may be charged for approved pets.<\/p><p>The tenant is liable for all damages caused by pets.<\/p><ol start=\"9\"><li> <strong>Visitor&#8217;s Tax<\/strong><br\/>The currently applicable visitor&#8217;s tax of the city of Gl\u00fccksburg must be paid by the tenant in accordance with local regulations.<\/li><li> <strong>House Rules<\/strong><br\/>The house rules are part of the rental agreement.<br\/>They are made available to the tenant before the contract is concluded and must be observed.<\/li><li> <strong>Final Provisions<\/strong><br\/>Amendments and supplements must be made in writing.<\/li><\/ol><p>Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining regulations remains unaffected.<\/p><p>German law applies.<br\/>The place of jurisdiction is\u2014as far as legally permissible\u2014the registered office of the landlord.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Kind regards,<\/p><p>Rainer Selck<\/p><p> <\/p><p> <\/p><p> <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Terms and Conditions (TCs)for the rental of vacation homes and apartmentsby Rainer Selck Scope of ApplicationThese TCs apply to all bookings of vacation homes and apartments from Rainer Selck, regardless of whether the booking is made via our own website, booking portals, or other channels.
